Abstract:
The present invention relates to a walking rehabilitation device comprising: a bottom frame (110); side frames (120); a link unit (150) connected to the side frames so as to provide a linked operation to a stepping part; a roller part (140) with which the stepping part comes in contact; vertical support bars (170) provided at the corners of the side frames; a square top frame (180) connected in the horizontal direction at the upper ends of the vertical support bars; and a body weight support means (200) connected to the top frame. The present invention enables walking rehabilitation treatment, even for an acute-stage patient having difficulty standing up alone, since a walking rehabilitation machine can support the body weight of the patient, measures the body weight of the patient by means of the body weight support means, and exhibits, during walking rehabilitation treatment, the effect of enabling walking balance evaluation and efficient rehabilitation movement through information about a body weight assistance ratio and information about right/left-side body weight changes and the like.
