In order to provide a wall-mounted toilet bowl which enables freely adjusting the installation positions of the frame main body of a fixed frame in the front-back direction, and which can flexibly adapt to changes in the installation positions of the toilet bowl main body, a low tank or other water supply part, a drainage pipe or other drainage part, etc., this wall-mounted toilet bowl is provided with a fixed frame 8 comprising a frame main body 15, which connects to and supports the back end of the toilet bowl main body 4 with the toilet bowl main body 4 in a cantilevered state and which supports a low tank 7, and a connection support unit 16 which connects and supports the frame main body 15 on a building member. The connection support unit 16 is provided with linking members 36 for supporting the frame main body 15 by linking the frame main body 15 and the building member, which are arranged separated from the wall material (the back wall 101) by a prescribed gap in the front-back direction T1. Further, the frame main body 15 and the building member are linked by the linking members 36 so as to allow adjustment of the position of the frame main body 15 in the front-back direction T1.
