Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of wallboards. Disclosed are a wallboard substrate and a direct printing wallboard using the substrate, the wallboard substrate comprising a substrate layer. An adhesive layer, a primer layer, a printing layer, a three-dimensional grain layer, and a topcoat layer are sequentially provided on the top of the substrate layer, and the substrate layer is composed of the following starting materials in parts: 100 parts of a polyvinyl chloride resin powder, 210-300 parts of a calcium carbonate powder, 2-10 parts of a calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, 1.5-7 parts of a CEP135A impact modifier, 1.5-7 parts of an ACR processing aid, 0.2-1.5 parts of an internal lubricant, 0.2-1.5 parts of an external lubricant, and 0-80 parts of a recycled material. According to the present invention, by means of UV printing and coating carried out directly on a substrate plate, the laminating process of other pattern materials is omitted, thus avoiding the problem of containing formaldehyde caused by the use of glue. One-time formation of different patterns and three-dimensional grains can be achieved only by means of UV printing and coating on the substrate plate. The overall material of the wallboard is waterproof. By means of an engraving roller, a UV coating is printed on the surface of the wallboard to achieve a pattern resembling leather or stone, and by means of a functional UV discharging treatment, the surface can be endowed with functions of stain resistance, antibacterial activity, and the like.
