Abstract:
Provided are a washing machine (100) and a water blocking device (7) for the washing machine (100). The washing machine (100) comprises an inner drum (1); a cover plate (2) arranged at an inner side wall of the inner drum (1), a lower end of the inner drum (1) being formed with an opening (11); a water collection device (5) arranged at the bottom of the inner drum (1); and a water blocking device (7) connected to the inner drum (1), a drainage outlet (32) in communication with the water collection device (5) being defined between the water blocking device (7) and the opening (11).
