Abstract:

It is intended to provide a water-based liquid makeup cosmetic which can be appropriately packed in an application container for liquid cosmetics provided with a brush-shaped applicator and used in makeup, in particular, a water-based liquid makeup cosmetic appropriate for eye makeup around the eyes. To achieve this object, use is made of a composition having a viscosity of from 50 to 250 mPa.s and at least comprising a plate-type pigment, a pigment dispersing agent, a film forming agent, from 0.001 to 0.5% by mass of a surfactant, water and a spherical powder. Even in the case of becoming non-uniform after allowing to stand, this water-based liquid makeup cosmetic can be easily re-uniformized merely by lightly shaking. Thus, a water-based liquid makeup cosmetic, by which a thin line can be easily drawn and which is excellent in waterproof sticking performance, can be obtained.
