Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a water-based low-temperature heat transfer printing adhesive, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of an ethylene acrylic resin, 3-10 parts of an alkaline neutralizer, 0.3-0.5 parts of a leveling agent, 1-5 parts of a wax emulsion, 1-3 parts of a plasticizer, 0.01-0.05 parts of a defoaming agent and 65-80 parts of water, wherein the plasticizer is selected from one or more of glycerol, dioctyl adipate and dioctyl sebacate. Compared with the prior art, the water-based low-temperature heat transfer printing adhesive provided by the present invention utilizes components with specific contents and realizes relatively good overall interaction, and the product has a relatively good leveling property, water resistance, scratch resistance and excellent low-temperature transfer printing image-text integrity, is of a pure water-based material, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Experiment results show that the water-based low-temperature heat transfer printing adhesive has a good leveling property, a formed coating layer does not whiten and swell after being washed with water at 45ºC-60ºC for 1 h, the outward appearance remains intact even when scratched, the coating layer can be stretched twofold to 2.6-fold without breaking, low-temperature transfer printing of images and text is completed at 110ºC -125ºC, and the printing performance is good.
