Abstract:
Disclosed are a water-based steel drum tinted stoving varnish, a preparation method therefor, and a method for spraying same. The water-based steel drum tinted stoving varnish comprises the following ingredients: a water-based amino resin, a water-based acrylic acid resin, a water-based epoxy resin, a defoamer, a dispersing agent, a levelling agent, and deionized water. The stoving varnish can be directly diluted with tap water, can, after production, be directly diluted into a coating that can be applied, and is subjected to a steel drum tinted painting construction on an original production line.
