Abstract:
A water-carbonating device (1) for enriching a liquid (3) contained in a bottle (2) with compressed gas from a gas cylinder is provided. The water-carbonating device (1) comprises a gas-injection chamber (4) for receiving the bottle (2), which chamber is substantially closed in a working position, and a cylinder compartment (5) for receiving the gas cylinder. The gas-injection chamber (4) is connected in fluidically communicating fashion to the cylinder compartment (5) by means of a pressure release opening (6). Also provided is a system (22) composed of a water-carbonating device (1) and an associated glass bottle (2).
