Abstract:
The present invention provides a water flea mass culture method using cryptomonads, the method enabling the high density culture of water fleas by means of effectively producing concentrated cryptomonads containing a large amount of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, by applying a heterotrophic culture in an organic medium in the absence of light.
