Title:
PEEK IMPLANT HAVING EXCELLENT OSSEOINTEGRATION ABILITY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/256820
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a PEEK implant and a method for manufacturing same. Accordingly, the PEEK implant in which collagen is immobilized can express all of the effects of excellent osseointegration ability, non-occurrence of dissociation with the implant, minimization of inflammatory reactions caused by metals or bacteria, acceleration of bone formation and excellent formability of mineralized bone. Therefore, the PEEK implant can be widely used in clinical applications such as dentistry and orthopedic surgery.
