Abstract:
A water heat exchanger comprising: a plate heat exchanger comprising a cuboid heat exchange unit that exchanges heat between water and a refrigerant and four connection pipes connected to a right-side surface or a left-side surface of the heat exchange unit; and an insulator that surrounds and insulates the plate heat exchanger from the outside. The insulator has: a first insulating member that surrounds the plate heat exchanger from one side in the front/rear direction; and a second insulating member that surrounds the plate heat exchanger from the other side in the front/rear direction and is disposed in close contact with and overlapping the first heat insulating member. The first insulating member and the second insulating member each have formed therein a recessed section that follows the outer shape of the heat exchange unit and a recessed section that follows the outer shape of the connection pipes. The plate heat exchanger is press-fitted into and held in these recessed sections.
