A water outlet valve component and a humidifier comprising same. The water outlet valve component is provided at an outlet of a water tank and comprises a body (1) and a pressure limiting part (2). The body (1) comprises a housing (11) and a valve core component. The housing (11) is provided therein with a flow channel (111). The valve core component is capable of blocking the flow channel (111). The pressure limiting part (2) is provided on the valve core component and is capable of applying the weight of self to the valve core component. The pressure limiting part (2) provides the valve core component with a downward preload, thus allowing the valve core component to block the flow channel (111). The water outlet valve component allows the valve core component to block the flow channel (111) with the preload provided by the pressure limiting part (2), thus allowing improved reliability of the blockage, and preventing the problem of ineffective or insufficient preload.
