A water outlet valve structure and a humidifier comprising same. The water outlet valve structure is provided at a water outlet of a water tank, and comprises a housing (1) and a valve core assembly, the housing (1) comprising a plurality of parts (11, 12), a flow passage (111, 121) being formed in each of the parts (11, 12), and the plurality of flow passages (111, 121) being in communication; the valve core assembly comprises a plurality of parts (21, 22), each of the parts (21, 22) corresponding to one of the flow passages (111, 121), and each of the parts (21, 22) of the valve core assembly being able to independently block the flow passage (111, 121) corresponding thereto. As the water outlet valve structure comprises the plurality of parts (11, 12), each of the parts (11, 12) comprising an independent flow passage (111, 121) and a valve core assembly, so as to form multiple sealing to improve the sealing effect, and the multiple sealing arrangement is able to avoid water leakage even though the sealing of a part of the valve core assembly has failed, improving the reliability of the water outlet valve structure.
