Abstract:
This water supply device management system reminds a user that it will be unfavorable for the user to not properly replace a water purification cartridge required for a water supply device, encourages the user to replace the water purification cartridge, and maintains the function of the water supply device. Water usage information, such as the amount of water flowing through the water purification cartridge, acquired by a water supply device 1x is collected and recorded in a management server 90; whether the water purification cartridge is being used properly is determined on the basis of the information obtained by the management server 90; regulation information is transmitted to the water supply device 1x when the management server 90 determines that the water purification cartridge is in a state of improper use; the water supply device 1x restricts the supply of treated water, so that the user is made aware that the treated water cannot be used due to the water purification cartridge being improperly used; and the user is encouraged to replace the water purification cartridge.
