According to the present invention, on a base material surface of a resin molded article, numerous fine protrusions (hereinafter referred to as truncated conical fine protrusions) having a substantially truncated conical shape are arrayed at a prescribed pitch P. A tip portion corresponding to the upper-base surface of the truncated cone of the truncated conical fine protrusions has a semi-spherical shape having on a surface thereof much finer irregularities with a surface roughness of 0.1 to 2.0 μm in terms of arithmetic mean height (Sa).
