Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a water-soluble film that exhibits outstanding high-speed printing properties and outstanding moisture resistance. Provided is a water-soluble film having, on at least one side thereof, a surface that contains a polyvinyl alcohol resin and in which the abundance ratio of carbon-oxygen single bonds (C-O) from among all carbon element bonds obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is 75-85%.
