A water supply system for a refrigeration device, and a refrigeration device (600). The water supply system comprises a water quality purification assembly (100), a first water channel (300) and a second water channel (400); the first water channel (300) is suitable for connecting an external water source to a water inlet end of the water quality purification assembly (100); the second water channel (400) is connected to a water outlet end of the water quality purification assembly (100) so as to selectively supply water from the water quality purification assembly (100) to a water consumption device (500). By means of the water quality purification assembly (100) and water supply pipelines, the external water source can be filtered, and then directly supplied to the water consumption device (500) in need to integrate the water supply system, so that components are provided in a centralized manner, the design of the water supply pipelines is simplified, and a water supply path is shortened, thereby facilitating the maintenance and replacement of parts of the water supply system, and improving the reliability of the water supply system.
