Abstract:
The present invention provides a wave dissipating block and a permanent concrete structure for the wave dissipating block, wherein: air inside a block body-embedded connecting tube member is compressed by waves flowing into the block body-embedded connecting tube member; the compressed air is discharged through an air discharge passage for wave energy attenuation, such that the energy of waves can be attenuated; and while waves that have passed the block body-embedded connecting tube member are being discharged to the outside, the energy of the waves can be attenuated.
