A wearable electronic apparatus (100), comprising a housing (10), a processor (30), and a temperature sensor (20) which is located in the housing (10). The housing (10) is provided with a sound output hole (113). The temperature sensor (20) comprises a first temperature sensor (21) and a second temperature sensor (22). The second temperature sensor (22) is located on the side of the first temperature sensor (21) that faces away from the sound output hole (113). The processor (30) is configured to determine a core temperature of a user according to a heat balance temperature corresponding to the first temperature sensor (21) and a heat balance temperature corresponding to the second temperature sensor (22). The wearable electronic apparatus in the present application can measure a core temperature of a user. Further disclosed are a body temperature measurement method, and a wearable electronic device.
