Abstract:
This welding system (100) includes: an installation device (2) that moves a material to be welded (1) to a discretionary welding position in accordance with disturbance conditions for the material to be welded (1); a welding robot (4) that performs welding in accordance with construction conditions for the material to be welded (1) moved by the installation device (2); an inspection device (5) that inspects the welding quality of the material to be welded (1) welded on this occasion; a storage device (6) in which the current construction conditions, the current disturbance conditions, and the current welding quality are associated and stored; and a determination unit (7) that, when the current welding quality stored in the storage device (6) satisfies a predetermined required quality, changes the corresponding current disturbance conditions and sets the result as the next disturbance conditions.
