Abstract:
Disclosed are a wet blank transfer method and a wet blank transfer device for use in plant fiber molding. The wet blank transfer method comprises: forming a slurry into a wet blank for a finished product using a suction forming mold (1.1), and using a wet blank transfer mold (2.1) to suction the wet blank from the suction forming mold (1.1) and lift the wet blank up out of the suction forming mold (1.1). A slide rod (2.3) is disposed above the suction forming mold (1.1). The wet blank transfer mold (2.1) is fixed at an end of the slide column (2.3), or the wet blank transfer mold (2.1) is fixed to an end of the slide column (2.3) via a wet blank transfer mold mounting plate (2.2). The slide rod (2.3) drives the wet blank transfer mold (2.1) to move linearly up and down. Two or more transfer mold linear guide rails (2.4) are fixed to the slide column (2.3), and transfer slide blocks (2.5) are fixed to an upper frame (3). The slide rod (2.3) can slide vertically through the slide blocks (2.5) by means of the transfer mold linear guide rails (2.4). The present invention enables the wet blank transfer mold (2.1) to be moved over a large vertical distance while ensuring highly precise movement, and enables accurate height positioning of the wet blank transfer mold (2.1).
