Abstract:
A wheel hub motor with power-assisted sensing and power-off functions comprises a motor stator (1) and a motor shell (8). A bearing inner bracket (13) is arranged in a central position of the motor stator (1) and a hall sensor (2) is arranged on the bearing inner bracket (13). A cassette flywheel base (10) penetrates through a center of the motor shell (8). One end of the cassette flywheel base (10) is arranged with a disc (5), a thickness of the disc (5) is less than or equal to 10mm, and a sensing element (6) is arranged on the disc (5). Both the sensing element (6) and the hall sensor (2) are located between the motor stator (1) and the motor shell (8). Both the hall sensor (2) and the disc (5) are skillfully installed inside the motor and are irrelevant to all components except for the motor; therefore, the hall sensor (2) and magnetic steel on the disc (5) can move relatively in a condition without interference and generate an accurate electronic signal. In addition, installing the hall sensor (2) and the disc (5) inside the motor enables other components of a bicycle to be changed in structure or position, which therefore ensures accuracy and an operating effect of other components of the bicycle.
