Abstract:
The present invention provides a whey processed food product having excellent mouthfeel. This whey processed food product contains lactose at a proportion of 20 mass% or greater, wherein: the proportion of lactose crystals in the whey processed food product is 3-5%; and the proportion of coarse lactose crystals among the lactose crystals in the whey processed food product is 10% or less, and the proportion of fine lactose crystals among the lactose crystals in the whey processed food product is 70% or greater.
