A wind turbine (3) for a wind power generation apparatus (1), the angle θ of a blade being made variable in three steps by an urging member (34), a weight member (35), and a link mechanism (37), the three steps including: a first step in which the angle θ of the blade (30) is placed closer to being parallel with the wind so as to facilitate rotation at times of light wind; a second step in which the angle θ of the blade (30) is placed closer to being orthogonal to the wind so as to facilitate high-speed rotation when the wind speed has increased; and a third step in which the blade (30) is pushed back, from closer to being orthogonal to the wind to closer to being parallel with the wind, so as to prevent excessive rotation at times of high wind. This makes it possible to provide an inexpensive wind turbine for a wind power generation apparatus in which there is no need for electrical control, the rotational speed is controlled autonomously in accordance with the wind speed, and the apparatus can be easily started and suppressed from excessive rotation by the autonomous control of the rotational speed. Also provided is an inexpensive wind power generation apparatus equipped with the turbine.
