Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of motors, and relates to a winding structure of an axial flux motor and a winding method, capable of solving problems in the prior art such as low space utilization and high material consumption of motor winding structures. The winding structure of the axial flux motor comprises an outgoing wire head connected to the outside environment and a plurality of winding coils arranged in a circumferential direction. Adjacent winding coils of the plurality of winding coils are connected to each other by means of an intercoil connection. The invention is characterized in that the intercoil connection is located at an inner side of a circle formed by the circumferentially arranged winding coils. The intercoil connection is disposed at an inner ring, so as to optimize the winding structure of the axial flux motor, and reduce the amount of copper used. Compared with the prior art, the winding structure has a reduced outer diameter, thus reducing, in subsequent operations, the outer diameter of a motor stator housing in which the winding structure of the axial flux motor is located, reducing the volume of a cavity in the housing, reducing the overall volume and weight of the motor, and reducing the amount of a potting adhesive required for potting.
