Abstract:
A welding method of an Fe-Al intermetallic compound microporous material with dense stainless steel, comprising the following steps: starting to inject a "welding gas" of a fusion welding machine and starting to inject a welding shielding gas in a protective cover; adjusting a welding parameter of the welding machine and a parameter of the welding shielding gas in the protective cover during a fusion welding process; starting the welding machine and using a welding wire as a welding filler to weld the Fe-Al intermetallic compound microporous material with dense stainless steel; and performing cooling upon completion of the welding. The Fe-Al intermetallic compound microporous material welded by the welding method is firmly combined with the dense stainless steel and has high stability, and the weld seam is full and uniform, and does not have defects such as undercut, surface crack, under-fill, etc. The present application further relates to a welded piece of the Fe-Al intermetallic compound microporous material and the dense stainless steel.
