Abstract:
Provided is a wire gripper in which the distance between a grip wire body on the upper side and a grip wire body on the lower side does not change unexpectedly. A wire gripper 10 comprises: a fixed gripping body 20 having a linear body pressing portion 30; a movable gripping body 50 having a linear body holding portion 60 that moves toward the linear body pressing portion of the fixed gripping body 20; and an operation member 130 connected to the movable gripping body 50 via a distance adjustment mechanism 12 and a link mechanism 18. The link mechanism 18 is configured by link members 70, 100 connected among the fixed gripping body, the movable gripping body, and the operation member. The distance adjustment mechanism 12 adjusts the distance between the linear body pressing portion of the fixed gripping body and the linear body holding portion 60 of the movable gripping body 50 by a guide mechanism 14 configured so as to move the movable gripping body by moving the link member 70. The distance adjustment mechanism 12 has a movement restriction mechanism 16 that restricts the movement of the movable gripping body in order to keep the distance constant between the linear body pressing portion 30 of the fixed gripping body and the linear body holding portion 60 of the movable gripping body.
