A wire harness routing device 10 according to the present disclosure is for routing a wire harness 60 below a slide sheet 1, and comprises: an extra length accommodation case 20 installed on a floor 2 opposite to the lower surface 5 of the slide sheet 1; and a protector 30 movable with respect to the extra length accommodation case 20. The wire harness 60 has an in-case extra length part which is stored in the extra length accommodation case 20 and is routed toward the protector 30, and an out-of-case extra length part which is drawn from the protector 30 to the outside of the extra length accommodation case 20 and is routed toward the lower surface 5 of the slide sheet 1. The slide sheet 1 has a pair of pressing members 6, 7 that abut against the protector 30 in association with movement of the slide sheet 1 to thereby move the protector 30.
