Abstract:
According to the present invention, a directional control array is formed without significantly reducing the visible light transmittance of a transparent object. Disclosed is a wireless communication device comprising: a base material; a directional control array that has, on a substrate, a plurality of unit elements each having a predetermined two-dimensional pattern; a wiring part on the base material, the wiring part being electrically connected to a DC power source and applying a DC voltage to each of the unit elements; and a control unit that controls the DC voltage applied to the plurality of unit elements.
