Abstract:
Wireless roadside equipment (200) for performing road-to-vehicle communication with a vehicle-mounted communicator (150) in a transportation communication system (1) comprises: a road-to-vehicle communication unit (21b) that periodically transmits a road-to-vehicle message; and a control unit (22) that, if the road-to-vehicle communication unit (21b) does not receive a vehicle information message from the vehicle-mounted communicator (150), performs inhibition control for inhibiting the periodic transmission of the road-to-vehicle message.
