Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wiring method for a brushless motor having a simple busbar structure, characterized by wiring a coil on a stator comprising a core having a hollow shape and a plurality of teeth protruding at a regular distance from each other along the circumferential direction on the inner circumference of the core, and more specifically, to a wiring method for a brushless motor having a simple busbar structure characterized by wiring a coil so that all neutral points are designated to the plurality of teeth formed on a semicircular arc on one side of the center part of the core. The present invention was contrived to resolve the problem explained above, and by causing the neutral points to be designated on the plurality of teeth formed on the semicircular arc on the one side of the center part of the core, busbars can be appropriately placed on corresponding U, V, and W phases so as to enable manufacturing a simple structure of busbars, thereby yielding significant effects such as reducing the cost of manufacturing busbars.
