Abstract:
A wonton pinching apparatus, for use in performing pinching forming by using a folded wrapper containing a filling in the middle as a semi-formed wonton. The apparatus is provided with two forming jaws that are eccentrically mounted on a rotating shaft and can rotate by means of the rotating shaft. By means of the rotation of the two forming jaws, the wrapper on the outer side of a filling area of the semi-formed wonton is driven to move towards the bottom side of the filling area of the semi-formed wonton, so that the wrapper is folded and pinched to obtain a formed wonton. The wonton pinching apparatus reduces the abrasion of the forming jaws on a filling-containing wrapper, ensures that the filling-containing wrapper is intact, and reduces the breakage rate of the filling-containing wrapper during a forming process; moreover, folding and imitated manual pinching are implemented by using a simple method, pinching program settings and device complexity are simplified, the industrial performance is improved, and an attractive appearance of formed wontons is ensured.
