Abstract:
A woody rootstock for effective grafting of solanaceous fruits and vegetables and an effective grafting and seedling raising method therefor. A woody rootstock clone with high consistency is provided through tissue culture, the grafting is effectively completed through casing grafting technology, and the healing environment is regulated to increase the survival rate. The present invention can provide new ideas for factory-oriented effective grafting of solanaceous fruits and vegetables, and endow new features to the scion through distant grafting, and solve the problems of low grafting efficacy and low survival rate, has strong operability, is simple, effective and low in cost, and provides technical guarantee for factory-oriented production of grafting and seedlings of solanaceous fruits and vegetables.
