Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a work machine operating data collection device which ensures that important operating data recorded at the time of an anomaly will remain when there is a lower frequency of access and allows for lower recording capacity. The work machine operating data collection device has a plurality of sensors mounted on a work machine and receives measurement data from the plurality of sensors as operating data and records the same in an operating data storage unit, said device further being provided with: a communication processing unit which, in response to a download request from an external server, transmits the operating data recorded in the operating data storage unit to the external server; an access history management unit which manages the download situation for the operating data recorded in the operating data storage unit according to download requests from the external server and transmission of the operating data to the external server; and a recording data change processing unit which changes a recording condition of the operating data recorded in the operating data storage unit in accordance with the download situation for the operating data acquired by the access history management unit.
