Abstract:

Input from an input device (1) and a workflow stored in a workflow storage section (41) are automatically checked by a flow check means (31) and the result of the check is accumulated in a check history accumulating section (42). By analyzing a large amount of accumulated results in a check history analyzing section (32), it is possible to find a tendency or a problem of an operator or find a problem which may be contained in the workflow definition itself.
