Abstract:
A workout class recommendation method and apparatus, said method comprising: obtaining body state information of a current user, the body state information coming from one or many devices among smart home, medical platform, and wearable devices; determining a workout class appropriate for the current user according to the body state information; recommending said workout class appropriate for the current user. The present method allows a recommended workout class to better meet personalized needs of a user.
