Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a workpiece-washing system capable of achieving better water conservation than in the past. [Solution] This workpiece-washing system 10 is provided with: a water purification line 20 for purifying washing water that has been used in a workpiece-washing device 12; a terminal return pathway 30 for feeding the washing water purified by the water purification line 20 from the end of the water purification line 20 to a workpiece-washing device 13 for re-use; an intermediate storage tank 28 for storing washing water that has been partially purified in the water purification line 20; and a maintenance return pathway 60 for feeding washing water of the intermediate storage tank 28 to water purification devices 22 and 24, which are upstream of the intermediate storage tank 28, as maintenance washing water for washing the water purification devices 22 and 24 to restore at least some of the water purification capacity thereof.
