Abstract:
A workshop assistance system configured from a computer having an arithmetic device for executing a prescribed process, a storage device connected to the arithmetic device, and a communication interface connected to the arithmetic device. The computer is capable of accessing problem solution case data that includes information pertaining to solution cases that correspond to problem data. The arithmetic device of the workshop assistance system has a problem processing unit for searching for a solution case on the basis of problem data generated from arguments of participants, and the arithmetic device has an idea generation unit for presenting the generated problem data and information pertaining to the searched solution case to the participants.
