Abstract:
An X-ray tube comprising: a vacuum housing having a vacuum interior space; a target part that is disposed in the interior space and includes a target for generating X-rays by impingement of electron beams and a target support part for supporting the target and transmitting X-rays generated by the target; and an X-ray emission window provided so as to face opposite the target support part, the X-ray emission window sealing an opening in the vacuum housing and transmitting the X-rays transmitted by the target support part, at least a portion of the X-ray emission window contacting the target support part.
