Abstract:
An x-ray tube comprising: a vacuum housing having a vacuum internal space; a target part which includes a target that generates X-rays due to incidence of an electron beam and a target support part that supports the target and transmits the X-rays generated by the target, the target part being disposed in the internal space; an X-ray window for sealing an opening in the vacuum housing and transmitting the X-rays passing through the target support part, the X-ray exit window being provided so as to face the target support part; an elastic member for pressing the target part in a direction approaching the X-ray exit window; and a target movement unit for moving the target pressed by the elastic member along a direction that intersects the incidence direction of the electron beam.
