Abstract:
A zinc (meth)acrylate-silicon copolymer for self-polishing antifouling paint and preparation therefor relate to the technical field of marine antifouling paint. The preparation method comprises the steps: synthesizing zinc acrylate monomers, the raw materials thereof comprising zinc oxide, (meth)acrylic acid monomer, monocarboxylic acid, and A solvent; synthesizing the zinc (meth)acrylate-silicon copolymer, the raw materials thereof comprising zinc (meth)acrylate monomer, silyl (meth)acrylate, (meth)acrylate, B solvent and an initiator. The copolymer comprises a zinc-based acrylate structure available for ion exchange and a hydrolysable silane ester structure in side chains, integrates the advantages of zinc acrylate and silyl (meth)acrylate polymer, has a high, stable and adjustable hydrolysis speed and very good toughness.
