Abstract:
To appropriately mount an insertion component with multiple types of protrusions on a board.SOLUTION: A mounting device, which holds an insertion component (50) provided with multiple types of protrusions (53A, 53B, 53C) with different lengths by a nozzle (32), and inserts the protrusion into a through hole (61) of the board (60) to mount the insertion component on the board, acquires the position information of the tips of at least two types of protrusions among the multiple types of protrusions, and controls the nozzle such that the tips of each protrusion is inserted into the through hole of the board in order from the longest of the at least two types of protrusions while correcting the position for each type of protrusion on the basis of the position information of the tip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
