Abstract:
To obtain an aqueous cosmetic which spreads well at the time of application, is not sticky in the course of drying and exhibits an excellently moist feeling after dried.
The aqueous cosmetic comprises (A) a pullulan, (B) a cyclic dimethyl polysiloxane having 4-7 silicon atoms and (C) a chain dimethyl polysiloxane having a viscosity of 1-500 cSt at 25°C, and preferably the component (B)/component (A) weight ratio is 5-20. Incorporation of (D) a polyhydric alcohol and (E) a carboxyvinyl polymer or a salt thereof enhances good feel.
