To provide an aromatic polysulfone resin solution composition neither undergoing gellation in storage nor causing cloudiness of a film in a drying step after casting, to provide an aromatic polysulfone resin film obtained from the composition and its manufacturing method.

The aromatic polysulfone resin solution composition comprises an aromatic polysulfone resin (A) having a reduced viscosity of 0.49-0.60 dl/g, a halogen-containing hydrocarbon (B) and an aliphatic lower alcohol (C). The manufacturing method of the aromatic polysulfone resin film comprises (1) forming a cast film containing a solvent by casting on a support a solution composition of the aromatic polysulfone resin described above and subsequently allowing the solvent to evaporate from the cast film. The aromatic polysulfone resin film is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the aromatic polysulfone resin film described above.
