Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make mechanism simple and compact so as to reduce the manufacturing cost in a device for conveying column like parts of specific length in the arranged state and positioning them.
CONSTITUTION: The-bottom face 1a and a pair of opposed side faces 1b, 1c are formed into groove' shape, and a carrier path with easy inclination in the direction crossing the conveyed direction of column like parts supplied one by one is provided to form a carrier plate 1. An elastic direction change guide 3 provided obliquely toward the lower reaches of conveyance from the lower side face (a) of the inclination is disposed in the carrier path. An offset guide 5 of circular arc shape or with inclination provided obliquely toward the lower reaches of conveyance from the opposite direction to the direction change guide 3 is disposed downstream of the direction change guide 3. A moving member 7 is further provided to move the column like parts in the carrier path. The column like parts are arrangingly conveyed into a housing 13 and positioned.
