Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control device capable of accurately obtaining a present storage capacity of a battery even in a state where a current flows, and correctly determining deterioration of the battery.SOLUTION: A battery control device 100 of the present invention estimates, in a state where a current flows into a battery 111, a present storage capacity Q of the battery. A current value of the battery, a battery voltage, and a battery temperature are measured at first timing and second timing when the current value falls within a range of a predetermined variation range for a predetermined period of time, and a first power storage quantity SOCv1 and second power storage quantity SOCv2 are calculated. A voltage base power storage quantity difference ΔSOCv is calculated from the first power storage quantity and second power storage quantity, and a current base power storage quantity difference ΔSOCi is calculated on the basis of a current integrated quantity and initial power storage capacity. A capacity degradation rate SOH and power storage quantity Q of the battery are calculated on the basis of the voltage base storage quantity difference ΔSOCv and current base power storage quantity difference ΔSOCi.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
