Abstract:
To provide a brush device (DC motor) capable of stabilizing a slide state at an earlier stage, during initial sliding of a feed brush.SOLUTION: A tip of a feed brush 32 is brought into contact with a commutator 24 in a posture tilting obliquely downward at an opposite side to a derivation side of a pigtail 38 of a top face 32c, and at the time of contact, an angle of tilt β° of a second inclined plane is larger than an angle of tilt α° of a first inclined plane 32a1 of a tip slide face 32a for the commutator 24 (β°>α°). At the time of initial sliding of the feed brush 32, abrasion from a peak 32a0 of a tip slide face 32a along an outer peripheral surface of each product of the commutator 24 is promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
