Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam device and a processing device using the same, capable of accurately reciprocating a tool in a desired direction in response to lifting of a die.SOLUTION: A cam device comprises: a base 21 having a columnar guide bar 211 and vertically moving in response to the lifting of a die; a cam slide 22 movably held by the base 21 along the guide bar 211; a cam driver 23 for guiding the cam slide 22 along the guide bar 211 by sliding of a sliding surface 230 inclined to a moving direction of the base 21 and a sliding surface 228 of the cam slide 22 when vertically moving the base 21; a spring 221 for pushing back the cam slide 22 moved in an axial X direction of the guide bar 211 to the base 21 in response to a descent of the die; and a rotation prevention mechanism 5 for preventing rotation to the base 21 of the cam slide 22 until a punch 3 held by the cam slide 22 moves to a position separated from a work 60 from a bottom dead center of penetrating through the work 60 by energization of the spring 221 in response to a rise of the die.
