Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a stain from sticking on a faceplate, to easily remove a stain from the faceplate and further to improve wearing resistance of a film of a faceplate surface.

CONSTITUTION: An antistatic film 21 containing an SnO2 superparticulate 25 in the coating film, obtained by hydrolysis and dewater condensation of alkoxysilane, is provided in a faceplate of a panel, and a reflection preventing film 22 containing an SiO2 superparticulate 23 in the coating film, obtained by hydrolysis and dewater condensation of alkoxysilane, is provided on the antistatic film 21. An SiO2 fine grain irregularity film 24, consisting of the coating film obtained by hydrolysis and dewater condensation of alkoxysilane and further having a 0.01 to 1μm fine grain protruding part 24a, is provided on the reflection preventing film 22.
