Thus, a metal is selectively deposited on the surface of the conductive layer, a helical conductor layer 2 is formed, the terminal of the helical conductor layer 2 is connected to a conductor film 5 formed at the flat part 4 of the flange 3 and thus a surface mounted terminal is attained.
